Halal-certified chicken and goat on request
Every chicken and goat dish on the menu can be prepared with halal-certified meat from our regular halal supplier. This is opt-in rather than the default, so the request needs to be made at order time. The kitchen pulls from the correct supplier and confirms at packaging. Lamb is also halal-certified on request. This is the same standard our regular halal customers across Chantilly, Centreville, Herndon, and Sterling rely on for weekly orders and weekend family meals.
