Pastry Corner runs a custom Christmas cake program out of the bakery side of the kitchen, hand-decorated to order rather than pulled from a stocked case. Srikanth and the cake team build snowflake-piped buttercream cakes, fondant-sculpted Santa cakes, Christmas-tree-shaped layer cakes, and traditional yule log cakes with chocolate ganache bark and meringue mushrooms. Every flavor in the case is available eggless by default, which matters: most Indian-American Hindu families in Chantilly, Centreville, Fairfax, Herndon, and Ashburn keep eggless households, and the grocery-store chains do not. Yes — tiered Christmas cakes are a core part of the program. We've built three-tier and four-tier Christmas cakes for community gatherings of fifty to two hundred guests. Internal supports are dowelled properly so the structure holds. Lead time is five to seven days for tiered builds.
Yes — vegan (eggless and dairy-free) Christmas cakes are available in vanilla, chocolate, and butterscotch flavors with 72 hours notice. The buttercream is dairy-free and the sponge uses no eggs or milk. Decorations are kept vegan-safe on request.
Local delivery is available for cakes priced over $100 across Chantilly, Centreville, Fairfax, Herndon, Reston, South Riding, and Ashburn. For tiered cakes we recommend pickup because the structure travels safest in a controlled environment. Christmas Eve delivery slots fill fast — book the slot when you place the order.
